In my early twenties I just wanted to do anything for free and work.
For anybody just for the opportunity or the opportunity that might come along and usually they never do that at least not in corporate America. However when I decided to move into a more specialized corporate environment in finance and law I found that saying literally of course I would be doing work you didn't want to do and not getting paid for it which in turn would.

I also had to learn that part of being a good leader is learning how to delegate and then let go of the things you delegate.
